Memory Fit is now registering Memory Training Courses for May. Memory Everyday is a 4 week course starting on May 3rd until May 24th from 11:30 am -12:30 am. In this course you will learn facts about your brain and the different types of memory we use. You will also learn strategies to navigate everyday memory challenges. This course is educational, fun, and interactive. Participants receive skill builders to take home and practice what is learned. Memory Everyday is a 3 month training course that is provided one day each week for 4 weeks. Registration is easy. Memory Lifestyle Wine & Book Club starts May 3rd at 6:00 pm. We meet twice a month to discuss popular and new books. This month we will be reading "The Great Alone" by Kristen Hannah. Memory Fit's goal is to help people with normal age related memory challenges live their best life. We achieve this goal by means of our Memory Training courses. Our courses is not for people diagnosed with dementia or Alzheimer's Disease.
Our courses provide strategies to deal with real life memory issues to prevent the development of dementia. We empower mature adults with the skills to strengthen their memory and realize they still add value to their family and community. We teach mature adults a different way to look at aging.
