Pam Delk
Mid Carolina Credit Union (MCCU) is pleased to announce the promotion of Pam Delk to the position of Director of Branch Operations. Pam will oversee and lead the operations and business development activities for the Credit Unions 4 branches and Call Center. Credit Union CEO Scott Conley commented, “Pam has been an integral part of the growth MCCU has experienced over the years. Because of her extensive experience, I am confident she will be able to lead our branches in a manner that will further enhance the Service experience for our members.”
Prior to her promotion, Pam has served the credit union in various capacities throughout her Credit Union career, most recently as the Senior Branch Manager covering the Elgin and Blythewood offices. “I’m pleased to be expanding my role at Mid Carolina, an organization I’ve called home since 1985,” says Pam. “What we accomplish as a team for the membership is a fulfilling adventure.”
Michael Jensen
Mid Carolina Credit Union is also pleased to announce Michael Jensen has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Information Technology (VP of IT). Michael has been with MCCU since 2012 and has 23 years of leadership and IT experience; which he brings to the team in such capacities as technological strategy, digital channels, and credit union operations.
In his new role, Jensen will serve as a member of the executive management team, and assume a greater responsibility for providing vision and insight into the development and implementation of the IT strategic plan, demonstrating leadership, and driving competitive capability through innovation and technology solutions.
“Michael’s cumulative experience in technology, business, operations, and leadership roles make him invaluable to Mid Carolina Credit Union,” said MCCU’s CEO Scott Conley. “We are looking forward to the ongoing development of MCCU’s IT roadmap as we continue to provide a secure, convenient and exciting Member experience.”
