Moore Bradley Myers Partner Named to Board of American Bankruptcy Institute’s Credit Abuse Resistance Education

WEST COLUMBIA, SC – Jane H. Downey, Partner at Moore Bradley Myers (MBM), has been named to the Board of Directors for Credit Abuse Resistance Education (CARE).

The announcement on the appointment for Downey, a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), was made official in a recent edition of the ABI Journal. She practices primarily in bankruptcy and debtor/creditor law. She is also certified as a mediator and arbitrator by the South Carolina Supreme Court.

With the highest level of AV-rated peer review from Martindale-Hubbell, Jane also serves as a Board Member of the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC) and serves as the Past-Chair of the IWIRC’s Carolina Network.
