West Columbia, S.C. (January 22, 2019)—Moore Taylor Law Firm, P.A. announces that Stanley L. Myers, Sr. has been named as the firm’s managing partner, effective January 1, 2019. Myers succeeds James Edward Bradley as managing partner, who served in that capacity for four years.
Mr. Myers graduated from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, in 1998. He was the four year starting quarterback during his time there and holds several records at that position. He is a Lieutenant Colonel in the South Carolina Army National Guard. He is the Regional Defense Counsel and supervises young Judge Advocate Generals (JAGs) in South Carolina, North Carolina, West Virginia, Delaware and Virginia and deployed to Afghanistan from 2007-08 with the 218th Infantry Brigade in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
Myers graduated from the David A. Clarke School of Law in Washington, D.C., and started practicing with Moore Taylor after graduating in 2004. He currently practices criminal defense, personal injury, and workers’ compensation. He is a member of the American Bar of Trial Attorneys and is licensed to practice in state and federal courts. He is also a member of The Citadel Board of Visitors.
