New businesses set up shop at Lexington Square

LEXINGTON, S.C. – Two new businesses recently opened their doors at Lexington Square, a neighborhood-oriented retail center by commercial real estate developer S.J. Collins Enterprises.

On June 3, 2018, WingPlace opened and Sukiya Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi followed suit on July 11, 2018. Creative Nail Salon is also expected to open later this month.

Retailers open now include Clean Juice, Firenza Pizza, Hollywood Feed, Lowes Foods, Orangetheory Fitness, Pacific Dental Services, Palm Beach Tan and Sola Salon Studios. Wayback Burgers is slated to open in August 2018.

“We are proud of the list of retailers we’ve acquired for the residents of Lexington,” said Justin Latone, director of leasing at S.J. Collins. “The unique mix of merchants will create a one-stop center, allowing visitors to accomplish a variety of tasks in a welcoming environment.”

Lexington Square is anchored by a nearly 50,000-square-foot Lowes Foods, which opened in July 2017.

Only one 3,500-square-foot leasing opportunity remains at Lexington Square. For more information on securing the retail hub’s final spot or leasing options, contact S.J. Collins at 770-692-8300 ext. 130.
