Columbia, SC – January 13, 2020 – Partition Systems International of South Carolina (PSISC), a locker and toilet partition manufacturer, has signed a full building lease for a 109,042-sq.-ft. warehouse with office and retail showroom at 9031 Farrow Road in Columbia, SC. PSISC is relocating from 825 Garland Street in Columbia.
CBRE’s Ben Brantley and Keith Moore represented the landlord. Wilson Kibler’s George McCutchen and James Rogers represented the tenant in the lease transaction.
