CBRE has arranged a 2,362-sq.-ft. lease for PMC Commercial Interiors (PMC) at 1201 Main Street, the Capitol Center in downtown Columbia, SC. PMC is a full-service interior solutions provider for commercial, educational, healthcare and hospitality spaces, offering services and products ranging from furniture and architectural products, to collaborative technology and ideation to create spaces that are smart, beautiful, and highly functional. The Capitol Center space will function as an office and showroom for the company’s first Columbia location, which is set to open in Q2 2019.
CBRE’s Marie Dieckmann represented PMC in the site selection and lease transaction. CBRE’s Aaron Dupree represented the landlord, Hamilton Capitol Center, LLC.
