As 2021 draws to a close, Palmetto Infusion is celebrating a year of tremendous growth - for both the organization and its team. In 2019, Shannon Carr and Thomas Otis joined Palmetto Infusion's Senior Leadership team and this fall, were recognized and promoted for their contributions to the organization. Previously VP of Human Resources, Shannon Carr has been promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer. Thomas Otis, previously VP of Real Estate and Corporate Development has been promoted to Chief Real Estate Officer.
Palmetto Infusion is also pleased to announce Scott Latham as Vice President, Home Infusion Services, a new role created at the company.
In this role, Scott is responsible for leading the Clinical Nurse Liaison Team and the Home Infusion Therapy Case Management Team with both sales and operational responsibility.

Scott brings more than 13 years of combined nursing and leadership experience in the healthcare and technology markets to this position. Over the last year, he has served as Clinical Nurse Liaison for Palmetto Infusion in the Upstate region of South Carolina, bringing the Palmetto Experience to more home infusion patients in that region than ever before.
“We have an amazing Home Infusion Team that has proven themselves successful time and time and again. We also have a strong foundation from which to build upon,” said Scott Latham. “I am super excited to lead this team as we work to grow and build upon this already firm foundation. I am confident this team can accomplish anything we set out to do, and I’m incredibly thankful to stand by their side as we all work toward delivering the Palmetto Experience.”
Scott’s focus on building relationships, delivering the Palmetto Experience, and servant leadership will position the Home Infusion Therapy department to execute on the company's aggressive growth strategy in 2022.
