IRMO, SC – July 2, 2018 – Richland County’s Office of Small Business Opportunity (OSBO) has named RB Todd Consulting Engineers to its list of certified small, local business enterprises (SLBEs). The certification remains in effect for two years and was awarded after a rigorous application process and onsite visit from Richland County officials.
According to Richland County, OSBO was established to provide qualified small businesses with development tools to assist in preparing for potentially successful awards of county contracts.
RB Todd Consulting Engineers has completed hundreds of projects in South Carolina and North Carolina for commercial, educational, government, and architectural clients.
