As we prepare to celebrate Black History Month, join Richland Library and SCETV for a sneak peek of Tell Them We Are Rising: The Story of Black Colleges and Universities. There are two opportunities to view and discuss the documentary:

5:30 - 8 p.m., Tuesday, January 16 at Richland Library North Main
6 - 8:30 p.m., Thursday, February 1 at Richland Library Sandhills
The Corporation for Public Broadcasting is supporting and funding these programs as part of a public media initiative, called American Graduate: Let's Make It Happen.

If you can't make either program, catch the documentary's premiere 9 p.m., Monday, February 19 on PBS' Independent Lens.
