Columbia, South Carolina – Trinity Partners is pleased to announce Rob Lapin has recently been named Partner in the Trinity Partners Columbia office.

Rob Lapin has over two decades of industry experience and originally joined Trinity Partners in 2019 as Director of Brokerage Services. He specializes in office, industrial, retail tenant representation, and landlord brokerage.

Rob has handled several key listing and facility dispositions for the South Carolina Ports Authority and was a key member of the SCANA Land Disposition Portfolio for Otarre Point. Other notable transactions he was involved in include a multi-million-dollar redevelopment of Kroger at Fort Jackson in Columbia, SC into what is now known as “Cross Hill Market”, and the relocation of AMAROK’s corporate headquarters into over 34,000 square feet. He has also represented numerous clients in the medical field including Moore Orthopedics, now known as USC Prisma Orthopedics, SC Heart, Columbia Heart, and several plastic surgery groups.

Rob earned a degree in Business as well as a Varsity Letter in Men’s Soccer as a graduate from Michigan State University. The Kansas native is past Chairman and currently a Commissioner on the Richland County Recreation Commission. He is the former President of the Columbia-region Habitat for Humanity, former Director of Compliance and Treasurer of the SC Battery Development Academy, past board member of the Columbia Jewish Community Center, and former board member of the City of Columbia Cultural Council of the Arts.
