In Columbia, South Carolina, on March 23, Samaritan Ministries, Partner of 2018 Winter Jam Tour Spectacular, Provides Opportunity to Learn About Biblical, Non-Insurance Approach to Health Care
PEORIA, Ill.—This winter, Samaritan Ministries International (samaritanministries.org) will again have a presence at each of the 46 stops on the East Coast Winter Jam 2018 Tour Spectacular from January through March.
With more than 76,000 member households (248,000-plus individuals), Samaritan Ministries has practiced health care sharing through a Biblical lens for 23 years, with a focus on Christians helping other Christians with their needs as the Bible instructs in Galatians 6:2, which says, “Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ” (ESV).
As the exclusive health care sharing national sponsor of Winter Jam, Christian music’s largest annual tour, Samaritan Ministries’ representatives and member volunteers will be on hand at each venue to communicate more about health care sharing and answer questions about this Biblical, non-insurance approach to health care.

Samaritan Ministries’ new membership level, Samaritan Basic, offers a lower monthly share amount coupled with a higher initial unshared amount, giving both current and potential members another way to make the best health care sharing choice for their families—and their budgets. Monthly shares for Samaritan Basic are determined by age and household size and start as low as $100 for one person, $200 for two people and $250 for a family of any size. Some guidelines differ between Samaritan Basic and Samaritan Classic; contact Samaritan Ministries for details or visit this link.
Each month, Samaritan Ministries’ members send monthly financial shares directly to other families, along with notes and cards of encouragement and prayers. In this way, Samaritan Ministries’ members share $26 million in medical needs each month through a viable, affordable and God-honoring ministry for Christian families.
