COLUMBIA, SC, August 10, 2018 — Rhodes Graduation Services (RGS) and Jostens, the leading provider of publications, jewelry and graduation products serving the K-12 and college markets, announces that David Gordon will join their South Carolina team on August 10, 2018. In his new role as Sports Account Manager, Gordon will serve RGS customers in the South Carolina market for Sports Recognition Items including Letter Jackets, Awards and other related products.
Gordon has worked in public education for over 30 years, most recently as Assistant Principal of Ridge View High School. Prior to his most recent role, David served as a teacher and a coach at A.C. Flora High School where he coached football, basketball, baseball and wrestling. From there he moved on to Richland School District Two as a school level administrator. During the 28 years spent in Richland Two, he served as an Assistant Principal at the elementary, middle and high school levels. In addition, he served as the Athletic Director at Ridge View High School for 10 years.
“My goal in education has always been to create a school culture that is focused on positive learning experiences for all students by recognizing and celebrating their achievements,” said Gordon.
