Columbia, SC — The South Carolina chapter of the Public Relations Society of America announces its 2018 Board of Directors. SCPRSA, a statewide professional organization for public relations practitioners, empowers its members to advance the practice of public relations through professional development opportunities and relationship building.
“Communications professionals representing a diversity of business sectors and various parts of the state make up our board this year.” said Reba Campbell, 2018 SCPRSA president. “This lets us provide monthly programs, training and networking to professionals from the Upstate to the Lowcountry. Look for some creative approaches to professional development on topics that are important to anyone who is in the business of communications.”
January’s monthly meetings in Greenville, Columbia, and Charleston will focus on media relations including a newsroom tour and panel discussion with reporters and assignment editors.
