Sisters of Charity Foundation of South Carolina Announces Staffing Changes for 2019

(COLUMBIA, S.C., December 21, 2018) The Sisters of Charity Foundation of South Carolina is pleased to announce the following staff positon changes within the organization.

Langley Shealy will assume the new role of Director of Community Outreach effective in early 2019. Langley is a six year veteran of the Foundation who has previously served in several different roles in the Communications Department and most recently as the Director of Communications and Public Information.

“With 200 grantees and multiple partners and stakeholders to work with, it is critical that we interface and connect with them as much as possible.” Said Tom Keith, Foundation president. “Langley is the perfect fit for us to move into this role. She is a respected professional in the field and will represent the Foundation beautifully across the state.”

Donna Waites, the Foundation’s Senior Program Director will assume the new role of Vice President of Programs in February 2019. She will oversee the Foundation’s grants and initiatives and assume additional leadership roles related to the strategic direction of the organization.

“I am excited for Donna and her leadership growth within the organization” said Tom Keith. “Donna’s additional responsibilities will strengthen our philanthropic work both internally and externally.”
