Melendez has been a part of The ART of Real Estate since 2018 serving in the role of Chief People Person. In that role, she contributed to the success of the company by providing productivity coaching and customized training opportunities for the full time agents. In addition to the support of the agents, she was involved in creating strategic initiatives resulting in agent and company growth.
