Thomas Anderson Named Senior Vice President

South State Bank announced that Thomas H. Anderson has been named senior vice president.

Anderson joined South State in 2007 as a management associate and credit analyst.  In 2009, he moved to Charleston to accept a commercial banking role.

A graduate of the University of the South, Anderson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Policy in 2007.  He is also a graduate of the SC Bankers School and of Leadership Charleston.

Anderson is an active member of the community serving on the boards of the South Carolina Community Loan Fund, Operation Home and the SC Bankers Association Young Banker’s Division.
