Toastmasters Hosts a Professional Development Event in Columbia

Toastmasters District 58 invites the community to attend a professional development opportunity at Midlands Technical College’s North East Campus on Saturday, October 19, 2019.

This all-day event will feature eight speakers presenting on a variety of topics, including speech anxiety, personal brand, and the steps to becoming a Distinguished Toastmaster.

“This special event will improve your Toastmasters and professional skills,” said Trent Kennelly, Program Quality Director and Distinguished Toastmaster.

As with all Toastmasters events, this professional development opportunity is open to the public. Tickets are available at https://tinyurl.com/d58PDTA2019 and include:

• Choice of eight speaker sessions
• Two sessions with keynote speaker, Charles Gates, Region Advisor and Distinguished Toastmaster
• Light breakfast, snacks and beverages
• Taco bar lunch from Scottie’s Café & Grill
