The property is situated on 4.19 acres with easy access to Highway 378 and Lake Murray. There are abundant amenities located close to the property including shopping, restaurants, and more.
Prisma Health Midlands has been a long-term tenant in the building and decided to purchase the building for long term ownership and occupancy purposes. Macon Lovelace, SIOR, represented the seller in this $2,550,000 transaction. John Stubbs with Davis Moore represented the buyer.
