Trinity Partners Announces Recent Major Transaction

Columbia, South Carolina – May 25, 2022, Roger Winn, SIOR and Braden Shockley of Trinity Partners completed the sale-leaseback of a 14,420 square foot industrial flex building located at 700 Gracern Road in Columbia, SC.

The property was not publicly marketed and was purchased for $1,500,000. Winn and Shockley represented the seller in the transaction and worked closely with the purchaser from North Carolina to complete the transaction utilizing a 1031 exchange.
