Trinity Partners Announces the Sale and Pending Development of Prime Forest Drive Site

Columbia, SC –  Trinity Partners represented the seller, Old Percy Mortgage Company, LLC in the sale of a 1-acre site located at the corner of Forest Drive and Beltline Blvd. in Forest Acres. Macon Lovelace, SIOR facilitated the transaction.

3J7B Real Estate, LLC purchased the property for $1,925,000 with plans to develop the site for two new concepts coming to the Forest Acres market.

The lead tenant will be a national coffee brand, 7 Brew, who is opening multiple locations across the Midlands and the South Carolina market. A medical office building totaling 4,500 square feet will also be constructed on the site.

Construction of this new development is expected to begin in December 2022 with an estimated completion date in the fourth quarter of 2023.
