Trinity Partners Brings 3300 Sunset Boulevard to 100% Occupancy with Latest Lease Transaction

Allure Medical, a top provider of surgical and non-surgical medical treatments, has signed a lease for 3,750 square feet at 3300 Sunset Boulevard, a 15,000 square foot office building in West Columbia. Trinity Partners’ Paul Hartley, SIOR, and Braden Shockley represented the landlord, Sunset Investment Group, in the transaction.

This marks quite an improvement from the building’s 50% occupancy at the time of acquisition. Trinity Partners’ Nick Stomski, SIOR, represented Sunset Investment Group when they purchased the building just prior to the start of the COVD pandemic. Ownership immediately invested in building improvements and moved into 7,500 SF. Nick Stomski, SIOR was successful in renewing McGuinn Homes and leased 1,700 SF to MAP Land and Homes, LLC within the building. Trinity’s leasing team fully stabilized the asset with the Allure Medical’s long-term lease, back-filling space unexpectedly vacated during the pandemic.
