Trinity Partners Facilitates Sale of Devine Street Office Building

Columbia, South Carolina – April 25, 2023, Bruce Harper, SIOR and Nick Stomski, SIOR, both Partners of the Trinity Partners’ Columbia office, teamed up to sell 2717 Devine Street. The ±6,400 square foot office building was acquired by a local investor who will renovate and lease the space. Located in the highly sought-after Devine Street District, the property sold for $1,330,000.

The property was the former headquarters of Resource Financial Services, Inc. who recently acquired and moved into their new facility located at 708 Lady Street in Columbia’s Historic Vista District.
