Columbia, South Carolina – Bruce Harper, Managing Partner of Trinity Partners in Columbia, SC, has facilitated the sale of a ± 14,100 square foot medical office building located in downtown Columbia.

The property, located at 1520 Taylor Street, is home to Carolina Digestive Disease, P.A.; Palmetto Endoscopy Suite, LLC and Hawthorne Pharmacy, Inc.

Harper represented the seller in the ± $3,300,000 transaction which sold to a South Carolina real estate investor.
