Trinity Partners represents seller in sale of suburban Medical Office Building; retained by new owner to handle leasing

Columbia, South Carolina –December 11, 2019 – Trinity Partners Columbia is pleased to announce brokerage team Roger Winn, SIOR and Braden Shockley have been retained by the new owner of 101 Business Park Boulevard to handle leasing duties for the medical office building in Columbia, South Carolina.

The new owner, Flagship Healthcare Trust, Inc., is a private healthcare real estate investment trust (REIT) based out of Charlotte, North Carolina. Their October acquisition of 101 Business Park Boulevard marks their investment debut in the Columbia market.
