Columbia, S.C., November 13, 2018- Turner Padget Graham & Laney, P.A. is pleased to announce the addition of three new attorneys. David Kershaw joins as an associate in the firm’s Business Litigation and Transaction practice and is based in Greenville; Ross C. DuRant joins as an associate in the firm’s Insurance Litigation practice and is based in Columbia; and Robert Mangum joins as an associate in the firm’s Business Litigation and Transactions practice and is based in Augusta.

Kershaw joins the firm after completing two clerkships for the Honorable Helen Elizabeth Burris in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Carolina. While working with Judge Burris, Kershaw presented annual reviews on case law and the cases’ impact on the administration of bankruptcy estates and necessary procedural changes within the District of South Carolina. Kershaw will practice in bankruptcy, commercial litigation, and with our Financial Services Industry Group.
Kershaw received his undergraduate degree from South Carolina State University and his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
Ross C. DuRant
Durant joins Turner Padget after being a law clerk for two summers. His practice will focus products liability and insurance defense.
DuRant received his undergraduate degree from Clemson University and his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
Mangum joins the firm after being a clerk for multiple summers during law school. He also was an extern for Judges Ethelyn N. Simpson and Charles E. Auslander, III. of the State Court of Athens-Clarke County.
Mangum received his undergraduate degree from Clemson University and his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law.
