Columbia, S.C. (July 27, 2020) – As United Way of the Midlands’ new campaign season commences, the organization welcomes its new members of the 2020-2021 Board of Directors.
United Way’s newly-elected Board Members are: Danielle Boyson, Vice President of Commercial Credit at Bank of America; Mike Bundy, Prisma Health Baptist and Prisma Health Baptist Parkridge CEO; Juan Cuervo, District Supervisor at Publix Supermarkets Inc.; Cheryl Holland, President and Founder of Abacus Planning Group; Jesica Mackey, Senior Project Advisor at NP Strategy; Drew Schiavone, Commercial Banker at First Citizens Bank; Drew Stevens, Wealth Management Advisor at Northwestern Mutual; and Isvara Wilson, Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at AgFirst Farm Credit Bank.
“Our Board members are sincerely dedicated to making long-term change in the Midlands,” said Sara Fawcett, President and CEO of United Way. “We are excited to welcome these leaders to our Board as we continue to focus on building a resilient community through increasing childhood literacy, promoting economic mobility and providing dental and eye care for those without resources.”
Robert W. Foster, Jr. Esq, Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, will serve as this year’s Board Chair. Currently, Foster is a partner at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough and serves as a deacon at Eastminister Presbyterian Church.
