Wilson Kibler principal George McCutchen, CCIM, SIOR, represented the owners in the recent disposition of 2120 Two Notch Rd. in Lexington for $4.48 million. Scannell Properties, a privately owned real estate development and investment company, purchased the ±80-acre site with plans to build a ±350,000-square-foot facility on behalf of FedEx Ground. Construction of the facility, which is set to include ample trailer parking, is currently underway and is expected to deliver in the first half of 2023.
